I contacted 1C3:9 based on other reviews and found that the other reviewers were spot on. Julian kept in touch throughout the project and the quality of the work was comparative with the bid. BTW the quote supplied by Julian was a written and detailed quote while everyone else provided a verbal or texted quote. My job could be termed as a small job but Julian and his crew treated it like it was their only job. 2 days later I got a call from Julian (not a text, not an email). I had accidentally marked 4.8 stars on the work quality and he wanted to know what he could do better. The implication here is a business that is concerned about the quality of their work and having the work ethic to follow up.
